For dancers, Pachamama gives an opportunity to begin performing and becoming aware of audience interaction, stage presence, and the various aspects of live stage work. This is fundamental preparation for dancers who may want to join SBDA’s professional performance troupe, Evolution Dance Company.
Brittney Laleh chose the name Pachamama after the Latin American “Mother Universe” goddess. This dance company is a celebration of women and their profound contribution to life, love and dance.
The dances of the Pachamama Dance Company will be a broad representation of all forms of the art and will showcase the many skills of our student performers.
